Op 20 maart 2011 exposeert Fenneke Hordijk haar tekenwerk in een solo-expositie in Podium O950. De expositie is georganiseert door kunstplatform Downw_arts.
Fenneke Hordijk is een poète in beeld; ze laat zich inspireren door uiteenlopende literatuur, en vertaald deze teksten naar sferische krijt en grafiet tekeningen op groot formaat. Ze speelt met materiaal, dynamiek en diepe kleuren. Mat tegenover glans, figuratief tegenover abstract; ze weet het allemaal samen te voegen in haar beelden, waarin een hele hoop in te ontdekken valt.
Opening op 20 maart van 13:30 tot 15:30. Entree en parkeren zijn gratis.

On the 20th of march 2011, Fenneke Hordijk will exhibit her drawings in a solo-exhibition in Podium O950. The exhibition is organized by art platform Downw_arts.
Fenneke Hordijk makes poetry with images. She gets her inspiration from all sorts of literature, which she translates into large and vibrant chalk and graphite drawings. She plays with her materials in a very dynamical way, using deep and intens colors. Contrasting shine and frost, figurative and abstract; she manages to put it all togather in her drawings, that will keep surprising.
Open on the 20th of march 2011 form 13:30 untill 15:30. Parking and entrance are free.
